Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings with precision and empathy

- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions with strict adherence to protocols

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact license with quick endorsement process)
- BSN degree required; MSN or specialty certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in Epic EHR and telemetry monitoring
- Demonstrated critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication abilities in high-pressure environments
