Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and established protocols
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for diverse patient populations
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Respond promptly to emergency situations using critical thinking and clinical judgment
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning

Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license in good standing
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg)
- Strong assessment skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Electronic health record proficiency (Epic preferred)
