Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in ER, ICU, or Med-Surg settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Document electronic health records accurately
- Assist in emergency response and critical care procedures
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments
