Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize cases in emergency settings
- Utilize EHR systems to document patient histories and symptoms accurately
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and family members
- Implement triage protocols following ENA guidelines
- Monitor patient conditions and escalate critical cases promptly
- Provide education to patients regarding care pathways
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years ED or urgent care triage experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic or similar EHR platforms
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong communication abilities in high-pressure environments
