Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize emergency cases using standardized triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care pathways
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide clear patient education on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Monitor vital signs and recognize critical changes requiring immediate intervention
- Oversee patient flow in the emergency department to optimize resource allocation
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Missouri
- Minimum 2 years of ER or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
