Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone and in-person to determine urgency of care
- Coordinate with physicians and specialists for critical case prioritization
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide clear medical guidance to patients and family members
- Collaborate with emergency response teams during critical incidents
- Monitor patient flow and optimize department efficiency
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado with minimum 2 years triage experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Ability to remain calm under high-pressure situations
- Strong knowledge of clinical protocols and emergency procedures
