Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum engineers, AI researchers, and UI/UX visionaries.
- Design high-performance distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time neural data.
- Prototyping and validating cutting-edge interfaces (AR/VR/XR) for the next generation of user experience.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to integrate emerging standards into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI or Quantum computing.
- Deep understanding of system design patterns, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with neural networks, NLP, or computer vision is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
