Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including implants and orthodontics
- Manage sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering
- Coordinate patient flow and optimize clinical efficiency
- Maintain accurate dental records in Dentrix/Epic software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience with expanded functions
- Current DANB certification and MA radiology permit
- CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency in digital imaging and practice management software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with dental implants and orthodontic procedures
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
