Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Manage digital radiography systems and intraoral imaging
- Implement strict sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
- Oversee dental inventory and supply chain management
- Train and mentor new dental assistants on clinical workflows
- Coordinate patient education and post-operative care plans
- Assist in scheduling and optimizing daily practice efficiency
Qualifications
- Minnesota Dental Assistant License or DANB certification
- 3+ years of chairside experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Strong knowledge of dental materials and equipment
- Exceptional communication and patient rapport skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree in Dental Assisting preferred
