Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance for complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Manage digital imaging systems (CBCT, intraoral cameras)
- Implement strict infection control protocols (OSHA/CDC)
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants
- Coordinate patient flow and optimize clinical efficiency
- Maintain accurate dental charts and digital records
- Assist in treatment planning presentations
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma dental assistant license or DANB certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Advanced knowledge of digital dentistry workflows
- CPR/BLS certification
- Proven patient education and communication skills
- Experience with Eaglesoft or Dentrix software
- Strong attention to detail and infection control expertise
