Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with facility standards and state regulations.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications, treatments, and IVs as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to develop and update individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient health records and shift notes.
- Monitor patient conditions for changes and respond immediately to critical situations.
- Adapt to dynamic healthcare environments and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in California (or compact state).
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong computer proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
- Excellent communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
