Responsibilities
- Perform advanced chairside assisting procedures including soft tissue management and surgical assistance
- Maintain sterilization protocols exceeding OSHA standards
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants on clinical workflows
- Manage digital imaging systems and practice management software
- Assist in patient education and treatment coordination
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering
- Collaborate with dentists to optimize clinical efficiency
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Dental Assistant certification (CDA/RDA)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
- Advanced knowledge of infection control protocols
- Proficiency in digital radiography and CAD/CAM systems
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
