Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including oral surgery and restorative treatments
- Manage patient flow and maintain sterile clinical environments
- Take digital radiographs and perform advanced infection control protocols
- Train new assistants on clinic workflows and software systems
- Prepare treatment rooms and inventory management
- Deliver patient education on post-procedure care
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Dental Assistant certification and radiology license
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and dental board regulations
- Exceptional communication and chairside manner skills
