Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using advanced instrumentation
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging
- Manage patient education and comfort protocols
- Sterilize equipment and maintain OSHA compliance
- Oversee assistant team workflows and training
- Implement infection control standards
- Coordinate treatment plans and post-op care
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years dental assisting experience
- Current DANB certification or X-ray license
- Experience with digital dental systems (Epic, Eaglesoft)
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong knowledge of dental materials and instruments
- Exceptional patient communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
