Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Implement strict infection control protocols and sterilization procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments for efficient workflows
- Deliver exceptional patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans
- Coordinate chairside assistance with precision and adaptability
- Maintain accurate digital patient records using Dentrix/Eaglesoft
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or registered in Texas
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Advanced knowledge of dental radiography and OSHA compliance
- Proficient in digital imaging software and practice management systems
- Exceptional communication skills for patient interaction
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to manage multiple procedures with calm professionalism
