Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance for complex procedures including implants and orthodontics
- Execute digital radiography and intraoral imaging protocols
- Maintain sterile field and OSHA compliance documentation
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants
- Manage inventory ordering and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate patient flow and optimize clinical efficiency
- Assist in treatment planning presentations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience in a high-volume practice
- Current DANB certification or state radiology license
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification with current renewal
- Exceptional communication and patient rapport skills
- Track record of infection control excellence
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
