Responsibilities

  • Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, verify personal and insurance information, and escort them to examination rooms.
  • Vital Signs: Accurately measure and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and weight.
  • Assistance: Prepare patients for examinations by assisting providers with procedures and ensuring patient comfort.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including updating patient charts and logging visit notes.
  • Lab Work: Collect and prepare laboratory specimens (blood, urine, etc.) for testing under the supervision of clinical staff.
  • Inventory: Restock exam rooms with necessary medical supplies and maintain a clean, organized environment.
  • Communication: Answer patient inquiries, schedule follow-up appointments, and route phone calls appropriately.

Qualifications
