Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and patient examinations
- Perform vital signs measurements and EKG recordings
- Prepare patients for examinations and collect lab specimens
- Manage electronic health records and maintain patient confidentiality
- Administer injections and medications under provider supervision
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up communications
- Ensure exam rooms are stocked and sanitized
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior medical experience necessary – training provided
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn EHR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Current CPR certification (will be provided if needed)
