Responsibilities

  • Perform patient vitals, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration monitoring.
  • Prepare patients for examination by the physician, ensuring comfort and privacy.
  • Assist physicians during clinical procedures and minor office surgeries.
  • Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider and according to state regulations.
  • Manage electronic health records (EHR) accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
