Responsibilities
- Perform routine administrative and clinical duties to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Take and record patient vital signs, medical histories, and symptoms accurately.
- Prepare patients for examinations by assisting with procedures and maintaining exam rooms.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by licensed providers.
- Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) and maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Greet patients warmly, answer phones, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient comfort.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation.
