Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient intake and preliminary health assessments
- Assist providers with electronic health record documentation
- Coordinate patient care plans and medication reconciliation
- Perform telephonic triage and urgent care prioritization

- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all digital communications

Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
- 2+ years clinical or telehealth experience
