Responsibilities
- Perform patient vitals, screenings, and accurate health histories.
- Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with examinations and minor procedures.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment.
- Administer injections, medications, and vaccinations as directed.
- Manage and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Certification as a CMA, RMA, or equivalent (graduate of an accredited program).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical setting.
- Proficiency in computer applications and EHR systems.
