Responsibilities
- Conduct patient intake interviews and obtain accurate medical histories.
- Measure vital signs and record patient data into Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare examination rooms with necessary medical equipment and supplies.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and phlebotomy duties.
- Coordinate patient follow-up appointments and referrals.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
- Current BLS/ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong computer proficiency with experience in EMR/EHR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
