Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including patient assessments, vital signs, and EKGs
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Administer medications and injections per physician protocols
- Manage electronic health records and documentation
- Provide telehealth support for remote patient monitoring
- Coordinate patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or similar)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficient with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with remote work technology
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional travel)
