Responsibilities
- Conduct patient vitals, triage assessments, and obtain medical histories accurately.
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and minor medical treatments.
- Perform phlebotomy and administer injections/medications as directed.
- Manage patient intake, registration, and electronic health record updates.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
