Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms and medical equipment
- Perform vital signs and basic clinical measurements
- Manage patient intake and electronic health records (EHR)
- Collect and process laboratory specimens
- Administer injections and medications under supervision
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior medical experience necessary
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Basic computer skills and EHR familiarity preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts (8am-8pm, weekends included)
