Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in procedures to ensure a smooth intake process.
- Assist physicians and nurses with patient examinations, vitals, and basic procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean clinic environment.
- Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations under the direct supervision of a licensed provider.
- Collect and process blood samples and other lab specimens accurately.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Coordinate patient follow-up appointments and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- No prior medical experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be detail-oriented and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards.
