Your Role
You will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to make a positive impact in the Los Angeles community.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake procedures and accurately record vital signs and medical history.
- Assist physicians and nurses with examinations and basic medical procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean environment.
- Collect and process laboratory specimens while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide patient education on medication, post-care instructions, and preventative health.
- Manage patient flow efficiently and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Medical Assistant certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior healthcare experience required; we provide full training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hiring.
