Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient intake and obtain accurate medical history.
- Measure vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature) and assist physicians during examinations.
- Perform basic laboratory tests, phlebotomy, and EKGs as directed.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with strict confidentiality and accuracy.
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients via phone and email.
- Assist with administrative duties, including insurance verification.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
