Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Administer medications and treatments as per care plans
- Support nutritional needs and meal assistance
- Maintain clean, safe environments and infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
Qualifications
- Active Nevada CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform patient transfers and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate attitude with commitment to senior dignity
- Reliable transportation for multiple locations
