Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and health histories accurately.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment.
- Assist providers with minor procedures and basic lab tests.
- Manage front desk reception duties including scheduling and insurance verification.
- Administer medications and injections under physician supervision.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical protocols.
Qualifications
- Certification as a CMA, RMA, or MA (National Board Certified).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience in a medical office setting.
- Strong computer proficiency with EMR systems (Epic, AthenaHealth, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
