Responsibilities
- Provide remote clinical support including patient intake, vital sign monitoring, and symptom assessment
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and patient communications
- Prepare medical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist providers with administrative tasks and care coordination
- Handle lab orders and prescription refills

Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Strong telehealth platform knowledge
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Valid Texas medical assistant license
- CPR/BLS certification
