Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in weekend shifts with 12-hour rotations
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Respond to emergency situations with clinical expertise
- Mentor new nursing staff during weekend rotations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio or Florida
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- 2+ years clinical experience (acute care preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Weekend availability mandatory
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Cerner experience a plus)
