- Conduct virtual patient intake and preliminary assessments via telehealth platforms
- Accurately update Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems with patient information
- Assist providers with clinical documentation and administrative support
- Coordinate patient care plans and follow-up appointments
- Maintain HIPAA compliance for all digital communications
- Prepare and organize digital medical records for provider review
- Provide remote patient education on treatment protocols
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in hospital/clinic setting
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or NextGen)
