Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across diverse units including ER, ICU, and telemetry
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with precision
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control standards
- Participate in rapid response and code blue activations
Qualifications
- Active FL RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; TN preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
