Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care with critical assessment and intervention skills
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Educate patients/families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to JCAHO and regulatory compliance standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (compact license accepted)
- ACLS/BLS certifications with current renewal dates
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner experience valued)
- Strong clinical judgment and emergency response capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends)
