Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and medical history documentation with precision.
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare patients for exams and ensure exam rooms are sanitized and stocked.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by providers.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) accurately and confidentially.
- Coordinate patient follow-ups and manage appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
- Current BLS/ACLS certification required.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, AthenaHealth, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
