Responsibilities
- Deliver expert patient care in ER, ICU, Med-Surg, and specialty units
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain precise electronic health records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific protocols
- Mentor junior staff during critical patient situations
- Participate in rapid response and code blue activations
Qualifications
- Active FL RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS/NRP preferred
- Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments
