Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and monitor patient vitals to ensure optimal recovery.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to develop individualized patient plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical notes.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina (NC).
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated compassion and a patient-centered approach to care.
