Responsibilities
- Greet patients and verify demographics accurately.
- Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight).
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment.
- Assist providers with patient exams and minor procedures.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians.
- Manage patient charts and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Coordinate lab tests and schedule follow-up appointments.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
