Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake and vitals accurately.
- Assist physicians and nurse practitioners during examinations and procedures.
- Administer injections and draw blood samples for laboratory analysis.
- Manage and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) with precision.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic testing and coordinate follow-up care.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and other medical staff.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or NCMA) is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a medical setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
