Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Perform patient intake, vital signs, and medical history collection accurately.</li><li>Assist physicians and providers during examinations and minor procedures.</li><li>Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and manage inventory.</li><li>Administer injections and perform basic laboratory tests (phlebotomy).</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health systems (EHR).</li><li>Coordinate patient appointments and handle front desk administrative duties.</li><li>Educate patients on treatment plans and medication adherence.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.</li><li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).</li><li>Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.</li><li>Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) software is highly preferred.</li><li>Must be able to lift and move patients and equipment as necessary.</li></ul>
