  • Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and point-of-care testing as directed.
  • Manage patient flow, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or NCMA) is required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Proven ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
