Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and monitor vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing protocols and physician orders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments, care provided, and responses to treatment accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the charge nurse or provider immediately.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is a plus).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Willingness to learn and participate in our on-the-job training programs.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shift schedules.
