Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform vital signs and preliminary health screenings
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Administer injections and collect lab specimens
- Coordinate patient flow and exam room preparation
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Maintain sterile clinical environments
- Support telemedicine encounters
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong Spanish/English bilingual skills
- Ability to work rotating weekends
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
