Responsibilities
- Perform clinical tasks including vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy
- Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Manage patient records using EHR systems (Epic/EMR)
- Prepare and administer medications under provider supervision
- Coordinate patient flow and maintain exam rooms
- Handle insurance verification and billing documentation
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- Current MA certification (CMA/RMA) or graduate from accredited program
- 1+ years of clinical experience in ambulatory setting
- Phlebotomy and EKG certification required
- Proficiency in medical terminology and EHR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Arizona state MA license (if applicable)
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
