Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during medical procedures
- Perform vital signs measurements and ECG recordings
- Administer injections and medications as prescribed
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems accurately
- Coordinate patient flow and maintain exam room readiness
- Assist with laboratory specimen collection and processing
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in ambulatory setting
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and protocols
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license for travel between sites
