Responsibilities
- Process and submit clean claims to insurance payers
- Verify patient eligibility and benefits
- Resolve claim denials and rejections
- Conduct insurance follow-ups and appeals

Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Proficiency in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
