- Resolve billing discrepancies and claim denials through follow-up communications
- Maintain detailed patient records and billing documentation in compliance with HIPAA
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper coding and documentation
- Generate monthly billing reports and analyze accounts receivable data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no experience required)
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
