- Process and submit accurate insurance claims using provided EHR/billing systems
- Verify patient eligibility and benefits via integrated electronic verification tools
- Resolve claim denials and appeals with proprietary denial management software
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports using automated reconciliation platforms
- Comply with HIPAA regulations using encrypted document management systems
- Train on new billing technologies through our digital onboarding portal
Qualifications
- 2+ years of medical billing experience with ICD-10/CPT codes
- Proficiency in medical billing software (we provide licenses)
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
